Upon arrival, our clinical team conducts a comprehensive assessment to understand your history, needs, and goals. This helps us create your personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Questions About Getting Started?

Common questions from people considering treatment.

How long does the admission process take?

The admission process can be completed in as little as a few hours. Many clients call in the morning and are admitted the same day. We understand that when you're ready to get help, you want to start right away.

What happens when I call?

You'll speak with a compassionate admissions counselor who will listen to your situation, answer your questions, and explain your options. There's no pressure or obligation—just confidential support from people who understand what you're going through.

What should I bring to treatment?

Bring 7-10 days of comfortable clothing in one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Also bring personal hygiene items, prescription medications in original containers, a photo ID, and your insurance card. Sealed vapes and cigarettes are permitted for those 21 and older. Leave valuables and jewelry at home.

Can I bring my phone?

During medical detox, phones are not permitted (blackout period for safety and focus). After detox, you have phone access 24/7 except during programming, group sessions, and off-campus activities. Phones are not allowed during in-house groups. Phone use is a privilege that can be adjusted by your treatment team.

What if I'm currently taking medications?

Bring all prescription medications in their original containers. Our medical team will review your medications and ensure continuity of care. If you're on medication-assisted treatment, we can coordinate with your current provider.

Can my family visit during treatment?

Visitation is not available during the detox phase. For residential treatment, visiting hours are Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Visitors must be age 13 or older. We also offer family therapy sessions to support your loved ones throughout your recovery.

What happens if I've tried treatment before?

Many people need more than one attempt at treatment—that's completely normal. Our team will review what worked and what didn't in previous treatment to create a more effective plan this time.

Is the admission process confidential?

Absolutely. All calls and information are kept strictly confidential under federal HIPAA regulations. We will never contact your employer or share information without your written consent.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer various payment options including self-pay plans and financing. Our admissions team can discuss all available options during your first call. Cost should never prevent you from getting help.

Can I tour the facility before committing?

Absolutely. We encourage prospective patients and families to visit our facility. Contact our admissions team to schedule a tour and meet our staff. This can help you feel more comfortable about the treatment environment.
